About The Job
This is a SEN School job.
Contract Duration: long term
Contract Type:
Age groups: Primary & Secondary School
We are currently supporting a SEND school that is seeking a Site Supervisor to work across two locations in Corby and Kettering. As the role requires travel between sites, applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable and community-minded to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school environment. You will take responsibility for the general supervision, upkeep, and security of the buildings and grounds at the Kettering site. The school accommodates students and includes a main school building along with outdoor play areas. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will help ensure that both campuses remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. The post holder will also be involved in wider school initiatives that contribute to the effective operation and appearance of the premises. We are looking for someone with hands-on maintenance experience, who can also demonstrate an understanding and compassionate approach to working within a SEND setting. Some wear and tear is caused by pupils with complex needs; this behaviour is often a form of communication, so sensitivity and patience are essential. Full Background Checks and DBS are essential
