A nurturing EYFS TA is required to support nursery and reception children across a Catholic trust in Maldon. This role focuses on children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, or learning difficulties, including pupils without formal EHCPs.

The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and confident in supporting young learners. They should build strong relationships with children and staff while implementing strategies to support learning and wellbeing.
