We are a leading education recruitment agency working closely with a wide network of primary schools, and we are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a supply, short-term, or long-term basis. This is a flexible opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings, providing classroom support, assisting with learning activities, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Roles may involve one-to-one support, small group work, or general classroom assistance, depending on the needs of the school and your experience.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. You should have experience working with primary-aged children (in a school or similar setting), strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. A calm and nurturing approach, a good understanding of safeguarding, and a genuine interest in education are essential.
