New opening! Teaching Assistant – Swaffham
We are seeking caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants looking for a flexible work/life balance by joining us as a Supply Teaching Assistant in Swaffham. We are working with local Primary, Secondary and SEND schools in Swaffham and the surrounding areas providing them with daily supply and long term cover from EYFS through to KS4.
- Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
- Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
- Age groups: Primary School
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be motivated and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Experience working or volunteering with children in an educational setting, experience supporting children or adults with SEND such as ASD, ADHD as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties. The right candidate must have flexibility, sensitivity, patience and resilience. Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications not essential.
