Immediate opportunity! Teaching Assistant – Thetford
We are seeking caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, offering flexible work to suit your work/life balance across Thetford and the surrounding areas. We work closely with a range of local secondaryschools, providing daily supply and long-term cover across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to gain experience in different school settings, while making a positive impact on students’ learning and development.
- Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
- Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
- Age groups: Primary & Secondary School
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be motivated and confident working with pupils in a Primary & Secondary School setting.
We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience working or volunteering with children or adults in an educational or care-based setting. Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable, including supporting those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
