The ideal candidate

They will be a resilient, adaptable, and reflective practitioner who can create a safe, engaging learning environment and manage behaviour positively. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a caring nature are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, always striving to help every child reach their full potential.
