About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are looking for a qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS who is passionate about education, confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable and adaptable, with strong classroom management skills and the ability to deliver engaging lessons in a variety of school settings. Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking a better work-life balance or an ECT looking to gain valuable experience across different year groups and schools, you will be committed to raising standards and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
