About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS who is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 and thrives in a variety of classroom environments. They will be adaptable, organised and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. A successful supply teacher will enjoy the flexibility and variety that comes with working in different schools, while maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour management and pupil engagement. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers looking for a better work-life balance and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to develop their skills and gain experience across a range of year groups and settings. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to making a positive impact wherever they teach, with the ambition to explore longer-term and permanent opportunities that can arise through supply work.
