Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Primary Teacher with a flexible, adaptable and professional approach to teaching, who is confident delivering lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. They will be passionate about supporting children’s learning, able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and comfortable working in a variety of school settings. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and a proactive attitude are essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for providing high-quality teaching and maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences.
