Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be motivated and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, adaptable and reliable Primary Teacher who enjoys working in a variety of school settings and is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. They will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders. A flexible and proactive approach is essential, as no two days are the same in supply teaching. We are looking for individuals who thrive in different environments, can confidently deliver engaging lessons, and are committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be professional, resilient and organised, with the ability to adapt to new classrooms and school routines at short notice. This role would suit experienced teachers looking for greater flexibility, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) wanting to broaden their experience across different year groups and schools, or teachers returning to the profession who are seeking work that fits around other commitments. Supply teaching is ideal for those who enjoy networking within the local education community, building relationships with a range of schools and identifying settings where they feel most valued and supported.
