Immediate opportunity! Primary Supply Teachers – Chelmsford

This opportunity offers work across a range of primary schools, providing exposure to different settings, teaching teams, and classroom environments. Schools vary in size and character but are typically focused on creating positive learning experiences and maintaining a supportive atmosphere for pupils. As a supply teacher, you will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering lessons that have been prepared by the class teacher. Assignments are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, allowing you to work within age groups that suit your experience and preferences.

• Contract duration: Supply Teacher
• Contract type: PART_TIME – Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
• Age groups: EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be a confident and adaptable teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff. They will be able to step into different classrooms and maintain a calm, productive learning environment while following existing lesson plans. Strong communication skills and a flexible approach are important, as no two days will be the same. This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to broaden their experience across a variety of primary settings.
