We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable KS1 Supply Teacher to work on a daily supply basis across a variety of friendly and supportive primary schools in Bury St Edmunds. Daily supply work offers the opportunity to experience different school settings whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.The Role As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain classroom routines, and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the school day. You will quickly adapt to different school environments, providing continuity of learning and creating a positive atmosphere where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support pupils’ academic and personal development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide feedback to school staff regarding the day’s learning and progress. Build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be able to establish strong classroom routines quickly and adapt their teaching style to suit different school settings.
