This school works with pre‑booked supply staff to ensure continuity and stability when planned absences arise. The environment is organised and supportive, with established routines that allow visiting teachers to integrate smoothly into the school day. Pupils are familiar with expectations, which helps lessons run calmly and productively. Pre‑booked cover enables the teacher to prepare in advance and build a positive presence within the classroom.

• Contract duration: Temporary (Long Term)
• Contract type: PART_TIME – Hours: 08:15-3:15pm
• Age groups: Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit a flexible and reliable supply teacher who values consistency while maintaining adaptability. You will be confident stepping into planned cover, following set work and maintaining the school’s usual standards of behaviour and learning. A calm, professional approach and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils are essential. Teachers who enjoy variety but appreciate knowing their bookings in advance will find this role particularly rewarding.
