The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate should be motivated and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS who is confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will be an adaptable, positive and reliable professional who can quickly settle into new school environments and establish strong relationships with pupils and staff. You will possess excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for all children. Whether you are an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher or returning to the classroom after a break, you will bring enthusiasm, resilience and a passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential while maintaining a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
