Are you a passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher looking for an ongoing teaching opportunity in Welwyn Garden City? We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher to join their team as soon as possible on a supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated education professional who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and making a positive impact on students’ learning. you will deliver engaging lessons across the secondary age range, maintain effective classroom management, and support students in their learning. You will be responsible for following school policies, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment, and adapting to different subjects and year groups where required.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The successful candidate will be a flexible and reliable teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with students and staff. You will be confident managing classrooms, delivering high-quality teaching, and adapting to different school environments. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing are essential. Previous experience within a secondary school setting would be beneficial. You will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification and experience of working within the classroom.
