Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and comfortable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This position would suit someone who is confident, approachable and comfortable taking charge of a classroom. You will be able to follow instructions accurately, encourage pupils to stay focused and manage behaviour in a calm, respectful way. The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and age groups is important, as no two days are the same. A professional manner and clear communication will help you build rapport with pupils and staff alike.
