About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This position is well suited to a confident and adaptable cover supervisor who is comfortable stepping into different classrooms at short notice. You will have a calm, authoritative presence and be able to engage pupils while reinforcing school expectations. A flexible approach and strong communication skills are key, as you will work with a variety of age groups and subject areas. Candidates who enjoy variety and can build rapport quickly will find daily supply rewarding in this setting.
