Are you confident in the classroom and looking for flexible work? We’re seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Essex. Perfect for aspiring teachers or experienced support staff. We work with a wide range of secondary schools, from small village academies to large urban comprehensives. All offer excellent behaviour support systems and welcome consistent supply staff who build positive rapport with students.

• Contract Duration: Ongoing
• Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time – Hours: 08:15-3:15pm
• Age groups: Secondary School

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

You’re calm under pressure, assertive without being confrontational, and can think on your feet. You’re reliable, professional, and able to build quick rapport with students across different year groups and subjects.
