New opportunity! Early Years Practitioner – New Nursery Opening September 2026 – Frinton

4myschools is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner for a newly opening nursery that places children at the heart of everything it does. Catering for children aged 2–4 years, this small, community‑focused setting values curiosity, creativity and emotional wellbeing, providing children with a strong foundation for their transition into school. In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities, carry out observations and assessments, and contribute to a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported and valued. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care, support children with varying developmental needs, and build positive relationships with families.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be Level 3 qualified in Early Years, hold Paediatric First Aid, and have experience within a nursery or early years provision. Both full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available on a term‑time‑only basis, starting September 2026. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding procedures and inclusive practice. A flexible, team‑focused attitude and independent access to transport are essential due to the nursery’s location.
