Your Role

This role offers opportunities for monthly commission, termly bonus and career progression in the education recruitment sector.

Who We’re Looking For: Are you ambitious, reliable, and ready to drive change, and have the ability to work with senior leaders in both MAT’s and schools? We’re seeking individuals with a positive attitude, passion for progress and dedication to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: From actively sourcing and vetting candidates to managing client needs and expectations at senior level, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our services and fostering lasting relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced education recruitment consultant within the education sector. Ideally somebody who is Hertfordshire based, we will consider remote working.

Hybrid working from home in term time and up to 5 days at home during school holidays. Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year plus commission
