Are you confident in the classroom and looking for flexible work? We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Mid-Essex. Perfect for aspiring teachers or experienced support staff. We work with a wide range of secondary schools, from small village academies to large urban comprehensives. All offer excellent behaviour support systems and welcome consistent supply staff who build positive rapport with students.
The ideal candidate
You’re calm under pressure, assertive without being confrontational, and can think on your feet. You're reliable, professional, and able to build quick rapport with students across different year groups and subjects.
