This role supports a network of welcoming primary schools delivering KS1 education in a structured and well‑established setting. The schools are typically calm, organised environments where routines are clear and pupils feel supported throughout the day. Supply teachers are welcomed as part of the wider team and are given the information needed to step confidently into the classroom. With lessons already prepared, the focus is on maintaining continuity, relationships and a positive learning atmosphere from the start to the end of the school day.

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit a confident primary teacher who enjoys working with KS1 pupils and can quickly build rapport in new classroom settings. You will be comfortable delivering pre‑planned lessons, maintaining expectations and supporting young learners with enthusiasm and consistency. A flexible and professional approach is important, as you may be working across different schools while providing reliable, high‑quality cover. Strong classroom presence and clear communication will help you settle quickly and have a positive impact.
