Are you a passionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant with a strong background in behaviour management and Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated LSA to join 4myschools to provide daily supply or long term in either the Primary or Secondary sector. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the school, including those with additional needs and behavioural challenges. You will be confident working 1:1 and in small groups, using a calm, consistent approach to promote positive behaviour and help all children access the curriculum in a safe and inclusive environment.

• Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
• Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
• Age groups: Primary & Secondary School

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary & Secondary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

Experience working or volunteering with children in an educational setting, experience supporting children or adults with SEND such as ASD, ADHD as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties. The right candidate must have flexibility, sensitivity, patience and resilience. Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications not essential.
