Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexible work in Basildon, Essex? We are recruiting Daily Supply Teachers to work in a primary school setting, covering classes from EYFS through to Year 6 depending on your experience and preferences. This opportunity is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, offering flexibility around your availability while gaining experience across different year groups. As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons and provide effective classroom management during staff absences. Assignments may range from EYFS to Year 6, depending on your experience and preferences. You will ensure pupils remain focused and supported throughout the school day while following the school’s policies and procedures.

• Contract duration: Supply Teacher, Ongoing
• Contract type: TEMPORARY – Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
• Age groups: EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are looking for adaptable and enthusiastic teachers who enjoy the variety that supply work offers. Successful candidates will have strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible approach to working across different year groups. You should be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and creating a positive learning environment for all pupils.
