We’re working in partnership with primary schools in Clacton, seeking an experienced or qualified teacher to join our team on a supply contract. Our partner schools in and around Clacton are a diverse mix of friendly, inclusive, and supportive primary settings, each with a strong commitment to providing high-quality education. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of schools, each with its own unique character, well-behaved pupils, and dedicated staff teams. About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate holds UK-recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrates a strong passion for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. They are skilled in creating inclusive and stimulating classroom environments that support the needs of all learners. With excellent behaviour management and clear, confident communication, they foster a positive and respectful atmosphere. The candidate is enthusiastic about joining schools that values innovation, collaboration, and teacher wellbeing, contributing positively to the wider school community.
