Each setting offers its own unique atmosphere, helping you gain valuable experience across different year groups and school communities.About the Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively. Following school policies and safeguarding procedures. Assessing and supporting pupil progress where required. Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Providing continuity of learning during teacher absences.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

Be confident teaching across a range of year groups. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills. Be flexible, reliable, and professional in their approach.
