We are looking for energetic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and support a variety of friendly and vibrant schools across Norwich. You’ll be providing high‑quality cover from EYFS through to KS2, stepping into classrooms with confidence and helping to maintain a positive learning environment. With complete flexibility built in, you can choose to work anything from one day to a full five‑day week, making this an ideal role for teachers who value variety and control over their schedule. Opportunities range from day‑to‑day cover to short‑term placements, giving you the chance to experience different school settings while making a real impact wherever you go. • Contract duration: Temporary (Short Term)
• Contract type: TEMPORARY – Hours: 8:30 – 3:30
• Age groups: EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

For a general primary supply teacher role covering EYFS to KS2, the ideal candidate is someone who is flexible, confident, and able to step into different classrooms with ease. They will have strong behaviour management, solid curriculum understanding across the primary phases, and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff. They should be adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working from 1 to 5 days a week, responding positively to the variety and pace of supply work. A great supply teacher brings energy, professionalism, and a calm, proactive approach, ensuring learning continues smoothly in the teacher’s absence. Above all, they will be enthusiastic about supporting children’s learning in a range of school environments across Norwich.
