New vacancy! Primary Supply Teacher – Norwich
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of welcoming schools across Norwich, providing high‑quality cover from EYFS to KS2 on a fully flexible basis. Whether you are available from 1 day to 5 days a week, we can offer a wide variety of placements to suit your lifestyle, including day‑to‑day cover, short‑term assignments, and opportunities to experience different school environments. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, thrive on building quick rapport with pupils, and can confidently step into new classrooms with a positive and proactive approach. Strong behaviour management, a calm presence, and the ability to deliver engaging learning with minimal preparation are key to success. Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
The ideal candidate is a confident and versatile primary teacher who enjoys the variety and pace of supply work and can step into new classrooms with ease. They will bring a strong grasp of the primary curriculum across all phases, from EYFS through to KS2, and have the calm, assured presence needed to establish a positive learning environment from the moment they arrive. Flexibility is key, as the role can involve anything from a single day of cover to a full week, depending on school needs. This person will be reliable, proactive, and quick to adapt to different routines, expectations, and teaching styles. They will build warm, professional relationships with pupils and staff, maintain high standards of behaviour, and deliver engaging learning experiences with minimal preparation. Above all, they will be committed to supporting children’s learning wherever they go, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine love of teaching to every school they support.
