Immediate opportunity! Secondary Supply Teachers – Irthlingborough
We are seeking adaptable and confident Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of local secondary schools in and around Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety in their working week and who are looking for daily or short‑term supply assignments within supportive and welcoming school environments. The role typically involves general cover, with work already set for you to deliver throughout the day. While we always aim to place subject specialists within their own discipline or a related faculty wherever possible, supply teachers should be prepared to cover a range of subjects as required. Every day brings something different, and you will often work with a mix of year groups, abilities and classroom settings, giving you the chance to build experience across multiple schools.

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be motivated and confident working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.
The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible, resilient and confident managing a classroom. You should be able to engage students quickly, maintain a positive learning atmosphere and follow the school’s policies and routines with ease. This is an ideal position for teachers who enjoy stepping into new environments, adapting to different teaching styles and contributing positively to each school they support.
