We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher or experienced SEN practitioner with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs. You will be adaptable, patient and resilient, with the confidence to engage learners who may have complex needs and differing communication styles. A calm and flexible approach is essential, as is the ability to respond positively to challenging behaviour and changing environments. Experience working with one or more areas of SEND such as SEMH, ASD, MLD or PMLD is highly desirable, along with a nurturing attitude and strong classroom management skills.
