About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and confident working with pupils in a SEN School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching pupils with SEND, gained in either a primary or secondary setting. You will be flexible in your approach, committed to meeting individual needs, and passionate about supporting students to achieve both academically and emotionally. A strong sense of dedication, resilience and adaptability is essential, alongside a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.
