Current opening! Teaching Assistant – Norwich
We are seeking caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants looking for a flexible work/life balance by joining us as a Supply Teaching Assistant in Norwich. We are working with local Primary schools in Norwich and the surrounding areas providing them with daily supply and long term cover from EYFS through to KS2.
- Contract Duration: Flexible: daily and long-term supply opportunities
- Contract Type: Supply – Hours: 8.30am-3.30pm
- Age groups: Primary School
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate should be motivated and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.
This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Has a strong understanding of a range of SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and learning difficulties.Demonstrates a student-centred approach, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs and learning styles. Is confident in implementing and managing EHCPs, differentiation strategies, and behaviour management plans. Shows patience, empathy, and resilience, with a calm and positive attitude under pressure. Is flexible and able to integrate quickly into new school environments, building rapport with students and staff alike.
