The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident, adaptable, and proactive individual who thrives in a variety of school environments. You should be able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour effectively, and provide supportive, engaging assistance in the classroom. Flexibility is essential, as you may be working with different age groups, abilities, and learning needs across multiple schools. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient approach are key to succeeding in this role. Whether stepping into a classroom for a single day or a longer-term assignment, you will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential
