Trainee Recruitment Consultant Essex

Are you looking for a hybrid home/office role with full-time hours in a professional and supportive environment? Would you like to develop your skills with the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position?

At 4myschools, we’re looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team full-time. The role is based on a hybrid working model, with office space available full-time if preferred. Working hours are 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, with reduced hours during the school holidays, offering additional flexibility throughout the year.

This is a people-focused, sales-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping others, and speaking with a variety of people every day. We also offer flexibility where possible to support a healthy work-life balance.

Initially, you’ll support our Sales and Compliance teams, helping to source, onboard, and clear candidates efficiently so they are ready to start work as quickly as possible. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and schools.

As you develop within the role, you’ll receive full training and support to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position, with the opportunity to earn commission based on your success.

What will you be doing in the role:

• Speaking to candidates
• Speaking to schools
• Sending and chasing references
• Setting up of workers on our systems

The ideal person will:

• Have experience working in a professional office environment
• Hold English and Maths GCSE at 4 or above (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
• Be organised, personable and helpful
• Experience of working in Recruitment industry (not essential)
• You will receive a full induction and be supported by an experienced team who can demonstrate how to provide the highest level of service to the schools and teachers across our business.
