Recruitment Consultant Hertfordshire Desk Trainee (Office Is In Essex)

4myschools is seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers a mix of home and office working, with full-time office access available if that’s your preference.

The role operates on a 7:00am to 4:30pm schedule, with shorter working hours during school holiday periods, helping to provide greater flexibility throughout the year.

As a key member of the team, you’ll be involved in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where communication and relationship-building are at the heart of what we do. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and speaking with a wide range of individuals, we’d love to hear from you.

To begin with, you’ll work closely with our Compliance and Sales teams, supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, managing onboarding activities, and ensuring all necessary checks are completed efficiently. Your work will help schools access great staff quickly while providing candidates with a positive experience from day one.

With ongoing training, coaching, and support, there will be a clear pathway into a Recruitment Consultant role, where you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission and build a rewarding career in recruitment.

• Speaking to candidates

The ideal applicant:

• Have experience working in a professional office environment
• Hold English and Maths GCSE at 4 or above (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
• Be organised, personable and helpful
• Experience of working in Recruitment industry (not essential)
• You will receive a full induction and be supported by an experienced team who can demonstrate how to provide the highest level of service to the schools and teachers across our business.
