The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a SEN School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children and young people with a wide range of SEND, including autism, communication needs, SEMH, and complex learning profiles.
