New opening! SEN Teacher – KS2 curriculum – Lowestoft

At 4myschools, we are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking specialist setting to recruit a Primary Curriculum Teacher to start ASAP on a full-time, Monday–Friday basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or a confident practitioner with strong primary curriculum knowledge or SEN experience, looking to make a meaningful impact in a small group learning environment. The school provides a nurturing, structured approach to education, focusing on personalised learning, positive behaviour strategies, and pupil wellbeing, allowing every child to develop both academically and socially. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum, adapting teaching strategies to meet a range of additional needs, and working collaboratively with support staff and external professionals. The working pattern offers a slightly different structure to mainstream settings, typically 9:00am–5:00pm, allowing for focused teaching time, intervention work, and meaningful pupil engagement. You will also contribute to tracking progress, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and building strong, supportive relationships with pupils.

  • Contract duration: Temporary (Short Term)
  • Contract type: FULL_TIME – Hours: 9:00-5:00
  • Age groups: Key Stage 2
