The Role As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism and, where required, general cover lessons. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Follow school policies and lesson plans provided by the school. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups. Inspire and support students to achieve their potential.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be committed  and capable working with pupils in a Secondary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching in UK secondary schools. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A flexible and professional approach to teaching. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
