Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development? We are recruiting Early Years Assistants to work across a range of nursery settings in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas. This is a flexible opportunity offering daily supply work as well as short-term and long-term placements, making it ideal for those seeking varied working patterns. Shifts are available between 7:00am and 6:00pm. You will be working in welcoming nursery environments that focus on providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for young children to learn and develop. Each setting offers opportunities to support children through play-based learning, daily routines, and age-appropriate activities designed to encourage social, emotional, and educational growth.

• Contract duration: Ongoing
• Contract type: TEMPORARY – Hours: 7am – 6pm (Shifts)
• Age groups: Nursery

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be proactive  and capable working with pupils in a Nursery setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who enjoy working with young children and can adapt to different nursery environments. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, whether in a nursery, school, childcare, or similar setting.
