The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

This role would suit someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate will be a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Early Years education. They will have a strong understanding of child development and be committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. They will be confident delivering engaging, play-based learning opportunities that support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable, able to step into different Early Years settings and quickly establish positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to foster children’s independence, curiosity, and confidence. A sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework, observation and assessment practices, and safeguarding requirements will be highly beneficial. This role would suit an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for flexibility, an Early Career Teacher eager to gain experience across different settings, or a retired teacher wishing to remain involved in education.
