We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable KS2 Supply Teachers to support a range of welcoming primary schools across the Dereham area with day‑to‑day cover. Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate for KS2 day‑to‑day supply work in the Dereham area is someone who brings confidence, flexibility, and strong classroom presence to every assignment. They will hold QTS and have solid experience teaching across KS2 year groups, with the ability to walk into a new classroom, quickly establish routines, and deliver engaging lessons that keep learning on track. They’re adaptable and proactive, able to manage behaviour calmly and consistently, and comfortable following existing plans or creating their own when needed. They enjoy the variety that supply work offers, communicate clearly with staff, and build positive relationships with pupils even in short‑term settings. Most importantly, they’re reliable, professional, and ready to represent themselves — and the schools they support — to a high standard each day.
