We are seeking confident and inspiring KS2 Primary Long‑Term Supply Teachers to join a vibrant and supportive school community where you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching, maintaining continuity, and helping pupils thrive during a crucial stage of their academic development. The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have strong experience within UK KS2 classrooms, and bring a dynamic, organised, and adaptable approach to planning, assessment, behaviour management, and preparing pupils for key milestones such as SATs. Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

The ideal candidate for a KS2 Primary Long‑Term Supply Teacher role is someone who brings confidence, strong subject knowledge, and a calm, structured approach to teaching older primary pupils. They will hold QTS and have solid experience within UK KS2 classrooms, with the ability to step into Year 3–6 and quickly establish routines, expectations, and positive relationships. They’re organised and adaptable, able to plan engaging lessons, assess learning effectively, and support pupils through key milestones such as SATs preparation. They manage behaviour with consistency and clarity, communicate well with colleagues and parents, and contribute positively to the wider school community. Most importantly, they’re someone who sees long‑term supply as an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, demonstrate their strengths, and position themselves for future permanent or leadership opportunities within the school.
