The ideal candidate will be a passionate, reliable, and adaptable Primary Teacher who enjoys the variety and challenge that supply teaching brings. They will be confident teaching across a range of primary age groups, from EYFS through to Upper KS2, and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders. Whether working in a school for a single day or on a longer placement, they will be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour. This role would suit a teacher who thrives in different environments and can confidently step into unfamiliar classrooms, delivering engaging lessons while ensuring continuity of learning. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and a flexible approach are essential, as assignments may be pre-booked in advance or arise at short notice due to unforeseen staff absences. The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine enthusiasm for helping children achieve their potential.
