This flexible supply teaching role is based across a range of primary schools in Grays, all committed to clear routines, positive behaviour, and supportive learning environments. Classrooms are well‑structured with consistent expectations, helping pupils feel settled and ready to learn.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit someone who brings a confident presence into the classroom and can build positive relationships with pupils from the outset. You will be comfortable leading lessons using provided plans, keeping pupils engaged and responding calmly to behavioural needs as they arise. Flexibility is key, as you may be working across different year groups and adapting your approach to suit varying classroom dynamics. A clear, professional communication style will support effective collaboration with staff and help create a settled, purposeful learning environment.
