The Role As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups, following school plans where provided and maintaining established classroom routines. You will support pupils’ learning, encourage positive behaviour, and adapt confidently to different school environments. Long-term opportunities may include planning, assessment, and becoming a valued member of the school team.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We are looking for a teacher who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about primary education. You will be confident teaching across the primary age range, able to build positive relationships quickly, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment.
