The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident, adaptable, and proactive individual who can support students across a range of secondary year groups and subject areas. You should be able to build positive rapport with pupils quickly, maintain a calm and professional approach, and assist in promoting positive behaviour in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility is key, as you may work with different classes, departments, and learning needs from day to day. Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to motivate and engage older learners are essential. A genuine interest in supporting young people through their academic and personal development will enable you to make a meaningful impact in every school you attend. Whether stepping in for a single day or a longer assignment, you will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to helping students succeed.
