Join 4myschools and become part of our trusted team supporting a fantastic primary academy. 4myschools is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) and SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for flexible supply opportunities in a welcoming and inclusive primary setting. We are also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills, knowledge or expertise from childcare, care work, youth work, coaching, mentoring, psychology, health and social care, or other roles supporting children and young people. You will work on a mix of class-based Teaching Assistant duties and 1:1 SEND support, helping pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential. Assignments are provided with planned bookings and advance notice wherever possible, offering greater consistency than day-to-day supply work. Opportunities are available for 2-5 days per week, term time only, with working hours of 8:30am-3:30pm. This primary academy educates children from Early Years to Key Stage 2 and forms part of a successful multi-academy trust across the East of England. The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and capable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

We are looking for a candidate who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

We welcome applicants with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEND LSA, Learning Mentor, Support Worker, Care Worker or similar role supporting children. A minimum of GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above is essential. You should be confident working both within the classroom and supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, demonstrate patience and adaptability, and be available for regular term-time work. A driving licence and access to transport would be beneficial due to the variety of assignments available.
