The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic  and confident working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit a Year 4 teacher who is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum and maintaining a focused, engaging classroom. You will bring a clear and organised teaching style, supporting pupils as they develop resilience, problem‑solving skills and independence. The ability to adapt lessons to meet a range of abilities while keeping pupils motivated is important. Teachers who value consistency and enjoy building positive relationships with pupils will be a strong fit for this role.
