The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should be motivated  and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting.

The successful applicant will be someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to different classroom environments, and support pupils with a range of learning needs.

This role would suit a Year 2 teacher who is confident taking ownership of a class and building strong relationships with pupils. You will bring a calm, organised approach to teaching, supporting children with developing independence, literacy and numeracy skills. The ability to adapt lessons to different learning needs while maintaining clear expectations is important. Teachers who value consistency and enjoy seeing pupils grow over time will be well suited to this position.
