They will be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring that every child remains motivated, supported and challenged, regardless of the year group or subject being taught. We are looking for an individual with excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities and the confidence to step into new situations while building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and able to deliver lessons effectively, following school planning where provided and using their own initiative to ensure continuity of learning. This role would suit experienced teachers seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to broaden their experience across different year groups and develop their teaching practice. The ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs, is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. They will be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to work on an as-and-when-required basis, supporting the school during staff absences and contributing positively to the wider school community.
